Landlord blues

It's tough to be a landlord on this house because I did enough improvements that it's much better than the place i'm in now. I guess that's part of the business. Maybe someday I will be able to afford living there!

Summer feels like it's just around the corner out here. I need to dust the bike off and get ready for another season.
