Don't count on it

Ugh, selling a house is a bit tougher than buying one. I am going to have to decide if I want to lose my A$$ on this place, or become a slum-lord. Either way, I gotta get out of this place! (to quote the Animals)

I know, there's snow on the ground, I should be skiing. The truth is; it's crud! I went on Christmas and gave up after a few runs. F'n crappy conditions! Looking forward to white sand and palm trees!
