First snowshoe of the season

Chanda and I went out by Falls Creek for a snowshoe adventure the other day. Chanda had her office party last night and we went to Season's. Good food, good wine, and a good time. I have the day off, it snowed; I ain't going skiing. I know, some of youse are pretty dissapointed with me for not taking advantage. I have some good days of skking coming up this season, so I don't feel as if I shoud jump the gun on this one.

Plan to go out to Chicago this February. I have not bought tickets yet, but I shall once the new schedule at work is posted. So if your going to be around, I'm thinking Freddy's for all you McHEnry people, and Barleycorns for those who live in Wrigleyville.
