A Trip down Memory Lane

I went to Colorado Springs last weekend to do some shopping and visit my good friend Dan. It seems that the city is growing at a RAPID pace. I could not believe all the construction. From new hospitals, to new six lane roads (the subdivision of which they converge at is not even completed). Prices of homes out there have gone up significantly in the last few years.

I had a hike around Garden of the Gods and included a picture from the main entrance.

I thought that would be a good place for me eventually. Not anymore. Entire subdivisions of houses painted the same color! Chanda and I love the "DGO" and don't plan to move. A visit out there just helped solidify that one for me.

Although we do like to go out there once and a while for the shopping...
